1 - Acceptance of Terms

The use of the Agroneo application implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms of Use.

By creating an account, you acknowledge having read our Privacy Policy.

2 - Obligations and Responsibility

Data Usage: The user is solely responsible for the content they publish. Agroneo is a documentation tool and cannot be held responsible for agricultural decisions made based on AI suggestions.
Illicit Activities: Any use of the service to document illegal activities will result in immediate account deletion without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability: Codeur Pro does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability and disclaims all liability for any data loss or interruption related to third-party providers (hosting, mapping).

3 - Protection of Personal Data

3.1 - Data Controller

The User is informed that, within the scope of using the Service, personal data concerning them is collected and processed by Codeur Pro acting as the data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

3.2 - Nature of Collected Data

Data collected via the Service includes, but is not limited to:

Identification data (e.g., name, surname, email address);
Connection data (e.g., IP address, logs);

3.3 - Purposes of Processing

The main purposes of data collection are:

Management of User accounts and access to Services.
Management and monitoring of customer relations.
Improvement of user experience and Service security.

In accordance with current regulations, the User has the following rights regarding their data:

Right of access, rectification, and erasure.
Right to restriction of processing and right to object (for legitimate reasons).
Right to data portability.

The User acknowledges having read this Policy before any use of the Service.

4 - Intellectual Property and Liability

4.1 - Intellectual Property

All elements constituting the Service (including texts, graphics, software, photographs, images, videos, sounds, plans, names, logos, trademarks, databases, etc.) as well as the Service itself, are protected by copyright, trademark law and/or any other intellectual property right in force.

Codeur Pro is the exclusive holder of all these rights. These terms do not imply any assignment of intellectual property rights to the User. Any reproduction, representation, exploitation, adaptation or modification, by any process whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, of all or part of the Service without the prior written authorization of Codeur Pro is strictly prohibited and constitutes an act of infringement.

4.2 - Liability

Codeur Pro strives to ensure access and proper functioning of the Service 24/7. However, given the limitations linked to the Internet, the Publisher cannot be held liable in the event of Service interruption, suspension for maintenance, slow access, or total or partial inaccessibility due to external factors (operator network failure, congestion, etc.).

The user acknowledges that the Service is provided "as is". Although Codeur Pro implements diligent means to ensure security and bug correction, its liability cannot be engaged for:

Any indirect damage resulting from the use of the Service;
A loss of user data consequent to a technical failure of the user's device.

In accordance with its legal obligations and the commitments described in its Privacy Policy, Codeur Pro undertakes to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security adapted to the risk, in order to protect the User's personal data.

The Publisher's liability cannot be limited or excluded in the event of a proven breach of its legal security obligations as defined by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). However, the Publisher cannot be held responsible for any security breach resulting from User negligence (e.g., password compromise or device infection by a virus).

5 - Modifications and Validation

With each update to the terms, the user will be prompted to validate the new version upon opening the application. Acceptance is required to continue using paid or free services.

6 - Services and Subscriptions

Agroneo offers four levels of services and one-off purchases to meet user needs.

Offers are divided into services accessible under subscription or one-off purchase conditions.

Service Description

Growcoins

Agroneo uses a credit unit called “Growcoins”. The user can purchase Growcoins as needed. These Growcoins are non-perishable and can be transferred from one user to another.

Storage

Storage is the available space capacity for uploading photographs and files.

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Agroneo provides artificial intelligence assistance services. These services may include assistance with form filling or the generation of suggestions based on data uploaded by the user.

Icons

Elements uploaded to Agroneo can be illustrated with icons.

These can be provided by the application or customized by the user.

A certain number of icons are offered for the current month with no carry-over possible from one month to the next. The user can purchase additional illustrations by recharging their Growcoins; one Growcoin is worth one illustration.

Mapping

Elements uploaded to Agroneo can be geo-referenced. Base maps are provided for representation: by default, the free service OpenStreetMap (OSM). Depending on subscription options, the user may have satellite views (Google and Bing).

Private Access

By default, data uploaded by the user is communal and publicly accessible. Users with specific options can choose to make them private or accessible to a restricted number of users.

Internal Messaging

Access to internal messaging, allowing messages to be exchanged between Agroneo users, is available depending on user options.

Sub-accounts

A user can create additional user accounts dependent on their main account. This functionality is available depending on user options.

OAuth Application (API)

Agroneo provides a data exchange service via API. Access to this API requires the creation of OAuth applications, accessible depending on user options.

Subscription Plans

Free Plan

Storage: Up to 100 MB (maximum photo width: 1024 pixels).
AI: Limited assistance for filling certain forms.
Icons: No icon generation included.
Mapping: OpenStreetMap (OSM) maps only.
Privacy: Public data by default (shared with the community).
Excluded Services: No private messaging, no sub-accounts, no API access.

Basic Plan

Storage: Up to 500 MB (maximum photo width: 1024 pixels).
AI: Limited assistance for filling certain forms.
Icons: 3 icons offered per month (non-cumulative).
Mapping: OpenStreetMap (OSM) maps only.
Privacy: Choice between private or shared data.
Messaging: Private messaging access included.

Standard Plan

Storage: Up to 1 GB (original photo size retained).
AI: Form assistance and various suggestions.
Icons: 10 icons offered per month (non-cumulative).
Mapping: OSM maps and satellite views (Google and Bing).
Privacy: Choice between private or shared data.
Messaging: Private messaging access included.

Premium Plan

Storage: Up to 5 GB (original photo size retained).
AI: Form assistance and various suggestions.
Icons: 50 icons offered per month (non-cumulative).
Mapping: OSM maps and satellite views (Google and Bing).
Privacy: Choice between private or shared data.
Messaging: Private messaging access included.
Sub-accounts: Sub-account management included.
OAuth Application: Creation of OAuth applications for API access.

7 - General Provisions

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the publishing company's registered office.
