The Agroneo application is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This policy details how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Agroneo is designed as a community-based technical sharing and documentation platform. By nature, the service is configured to promote the exchange of information between enthusiasts and professionals. By using the application's input features, the user acknowledges that the primary objective of the service is the online publication of technical information.

    1 - Data Controller

    • Company : Codeur Pro
    • Contact : privacy@agroneo.com

    2 - Data Collected

By entering technical data or uploading photographs, you perform a clear positive action aimed at making this information public within the Agroneo ecosystem.

Each content addition is considered a manifestation of your willingness to share this information with the community. If you wish to document your activities in a strictly confidential manner, you must imperatively activate the account privatization option before any input. The privatization option is accessible according to your subscription terms (see TOS).

Although technical data (crops, animals, photos) are public by default, Agroneo undertakes not to publicly display your email address or precise location (exact GPS coordinates) to third parties, unless you decide to manually include them in your descriptions or pseudonyms.

We collect the following information, voluntarily provided by the user:

    2.1 Email Address

Providing an email address is mandatory for using Agroneo. This processing is based on the following purposes:

    • Authentication and Security: This address is essential for creating your personal and secure access to the application. It constitutes the unique identifier allowing us to recognize you and protect your data.
    • Account Recovery: In case of loss of your credentials, your email address is the only way to validate your identity and securely reset your password.
    • Service Communications: We may periodically send you information strictly related to the functioning of Agroneo (technical updates, changes to contractual terms, security alerts).
    • Privacy Protection: Your email address will never be sold or shared with third parties for commercial or non-commercial purposes. We will not use it to promote third-party services or products not directly related to Agroneo's functionalities.

    2.2 Name or Pseudonym

This data is used to personalize your user interface within Agroneo.

    • Data Origin: When you create an account via a third-party authentication service provider (such as Google or Apple), the name associated with that account is automatically imported by default.
    • Control and Modification: This name is not permanent. You are free to modify or delete it at any time from your profile settings to personalize your experience or preserve your anonymity.

    2.3 Photos

This content is used to document visual tracking and constitute the history of your farm.

    • Technical Permissions: Using these features requires access to your device's camera or gallery. The application only requests these permissions when you decide to add a photo. No capture is made without your knowledge.
    • Voluntary Sharing: You freely choose the images you upload to Agroneo. By sharing these photos, you agree that they will be stored on our servers for service purposes.

    2.4 Geolocation Data

Geolocation is used to enrich the tracking of your plots and provide you with contextual information (local weather, regional advice).

    • Technical Permissions: Using this feature requires access to your device's location service (GPS). The application only requests this permission when you decide to mark a position or activate a service related to your location. No geolocation is performed in the background without your knowledge.
    • Voluntary Sharing: You freely choose to georeference your plantations or installations on Agroneo. By entering or validating these coordinates, you agree that they will be stored on our servers for service purposes.

    2.5 Technical Data

This information concerns the specific characteristics of your crops (varieties, sowing dates, treatments) and your animals (species, number, health monitoring).

    • Nature of Input: This data is manually entered by you via the application forms. Agroneo does not collect any technical information about your farm automatically without your intervention.

    2.6 Statistics and Service Improvement

To improve user experience and ensure the technical stability of Agroneo, we collect data related to the use of the application:

    • IP Address Anonymization: We do not store your real IP address. Only an encrypted and irreversible version (hash) is kept, which allows us to measure audience without being able to identify or precisely locate you.
    • Technical Information: We collect data about your device (device model, operating system version) as well as the version of the Agroneo application used. This information helps us resolve bugs and optimize display on your screen.
    • Audience Measurement: We record the views consulted within the application. This data allows us to understand which features are most used to guide future developments of Agroneo.
    • No Cross-Referencing: This statistical data is processed in isolation and is in no way cross-referenced with your personal identification data (name or email address).

    2.7 Protection of Minors

The Agroneo application is not intended for minors under 15 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 15. If we learn that data from minors has been collected without parental authorization, we will delete it immediately.

2.8 Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you believe, after contacting us, that your "Data Protection and Freedoms" rights are not respected, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In France, the supervisory authority is the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés): www.cnil.fr.

Agroneo guarantees its users full control over the deletion of their data.

You can request the deletion of your account and all your personal data at any time by the following means:

Despite these measures, the user acknowledges that no data storage or transmission system over the Internet is infallible. The security of your account also depends on the strength of your password and the confidentiality of your credentials.

    6 Recipients and Sub-processors

To ensure the technical functioning of Agroneo, we use specialized service providers who act as sub-processors:

    • Data Hosting: The application and its database are hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) servers. This provider guarantees high security standards and compliance with European data protection regulations.

    • Google Cloud Platform (for data hosting and storage);
    • Google and Apple (for third-party authentication services).

To ensure an adequate level of protection, we ensure that these transfers are framed by legal mechanisms recognized by the European Commission, such as:

    1. The Data Privacy Framework: Google and Apple are certified under this agreement, guaranteeing a level of protection equivalent to the GDPR for data transferred to the United States.
    2. Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): In the absence of certification, specific contracts approved by the European Commission are put in place to secure the processing of your data.

    8 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Agroneo uses minimalist tracking technologies, limited to what is strictly necessary for the technical functioning of the application:

    • We do not use any cookies or trackers for advertising, marketing, or profiling purposes.
    • No permanent hardware identifier of your device (IMEI, UDID) is collected.

In accordance with CNIL directives, these tools being essential for the service you requested, they do not require prior consent, but we wish to inform you of their existence for transparency.
