Upper cincinni usually 2-flowered, lower cincinni usually 4-flowered (at this stage of development), upper cincinnus peduncle ca. 2 cm; flowers observed at noon, faded by 14:00, petals sky blue, lower petal ca. half as large as lateral 2; upper sepal hooded, lower sepals blue marginally; antherodes yellow, two lobed, mouse-ear-like, central fertile anther yellow, saddle-shaped, lateral fertile anthers yellow above, blackish below, filaments and style light blue.
